All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. While this applies normally we extend this policy for Christmas purchases. Items bought between Nov. 1 and Dec 24 can be returned by Jan 15, of next year. Item must be in new, not worn condition and original tags must be attached.
The cost of the item (less our original shipping cost) will be reimbursed. We do not charge any restocking fee's. If the return was caused by an error on our part, a full refund will be issued and we will pay the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the shipping cost incurred to return the item will be the customers responsibility.
Exchanges
You may return any item and request an exchange for a different size/color or even a different item of equal value. Item must be in new, not worn condition with original tags must be attached.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, we will ship the new exchanged item to you at no charge.
