Shipping Policy
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours.
If the item is in stock, we will ship within 1 business day after receipt of order. These orders ship from Byram, NJ 07821 USA.
If the item is marked as “Pre-Order” we will manufacture it with the options you selected and ship it within 2 weeks or sooner from order receipt. Pre-Orders ship from our factory in Pakistan.
You will receive an email notification when the order has shipped with tracking information included.
Domestic Shipping Transit Time
Shipping is free on all orders. Orders from stock will ship via the best option at the time including USPS, FedEx and UPS. Pre-Orders will ship via DHL or FedEx International They normally arrive within 2 to 5 business days
International Shipping
Shipping is free on all Pre-Orders. Orders from stock are not available to ship free. Pre-Orders will ship via DHL or FedEx International from our factory in Pakistan.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at EdWatt@ChersDelights.Com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
